It’s vegan and gluten free too.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 25 minutes
Servings: 4 people
3 cloves of garlic
2lbs of mushrooms
1/2 tsp Thyme
3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
Wash the mushrooms then toss them in the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, thyme and add salt & pepper.
Arrange them in a single layer on a baking tray and roast in a preheated oven on 200C for 20 minutes.
Mix them around after 10 minutes.
This is a wonderful tasty side dish for any meal and only has 89 cals per serving.
